RSI employees dedicate themselves to providing quality services to their customers. We achieve this level of quality by maintaining a structure that enables us to identify our customer's requirements and to continuously improve our services to meet those requirements.
Our structure for quality improvement is directed to the following areas of our business.
Safety
Safety is the most important aspect of any job we do. All jobs must include careful pre-job planning, expert supervision, and on-site safety meetings. We will use the TEAM approach to insure we have the right equipment and to recognize potential hazardous situations before they occur.
Customer Requirements
Meeting the needs of our customers requires that we involve our customer in the work that we do. RSI will follow a TEAM approach with our customers that includes "joint" problem solving, input into key decisions, and direct involvement in our R&D efforts. We will continuously seek new ways to understand our customer's needs.
Continuous Improvement
Increasing our knowledge of customer requirements will provide the guidelines necessary for finding new ways to improve the quality of our services. First, we will draw on the expertise of our employees by involving them in teams to develop new ways to deliver existing services. Second, we will continue our research and development efforts to find new technologies that improve the safety and productivity of our services.
Training
Providing quality services to our customers will require that all of our employees thoroughly understand their jobs. We will strive to provide each employee the opportunity to learn every phase of our business in an organized and progressive manner. In addition to job-specific training, RSI employees will learn problem solving and decision-making techniques that will enable them to directly contribute to RSI's efforts to improve quality.
Equipment And Maintenance
Productivity is the key to a successful job. RSI will use "State-of-the-Art" equipment to perform the job safely and effectively. After each job, all equipment will be thoroughly checked in accordance with a strict preventative maintenance program.
