Reactor Service International, Inc. - Training

RSI provides each of its employees, personnel, and subcontractors with comprehensive training as dictated by OSHA's Process Safety Management for worker's protection.

RSI adheres to an established program to ensure that all employees trained for work will perform their duties safely. RSI does this by a six point program that mandates:

      • All employees and subcontractors must receive complete orientation and appropriate training before beginning work
      • Administration and training programs are conducted and controlled by the safety director
      • Documentation of all training is updated monthly with new and updated training scheduled as needed
      • Providing the proper task orientation
      • Providing the proper job-specific safety training
      • Assigning these employees with experienced supervisors and crews
      •

In addition, all RSI employees and subcontractors are required to attend RSI's comprehensive HAZCOM program in which they learn of the potential hazards for each job and emergency action plans in place for each particular site.

The safety and training director maintains a database of all training undertaken by each employee. Prior to any employee being allowed to begin work on any RSI project, all orientation and training courses must be completed and documentation filed that all written or practical tests have successfully been completed.
